The Power Collaborator
“The Power Collaborator” is designed to empower managers to build networks that really work. The challenge of attaining collaboration, within and across teams, in an organization is an important role of a leader.
The need to drive collaboration exists against a perpetual backdrop of business targets and constraints. Everything is subjected to cost and time pressures which poses a constant challenge to pursue a common team / group objective. The fast paced environment renders negotiation techniques less effective since most situations arise without little or no lead-time. As such, they usually do not run the full negotiation cycle.
This is where collaboration takes on a real and crucial role. Collaboration extends beyond mere cooperation and negotiation – it’s an effective mix of networking, influencing and assertiveness skills. A new generation manager needs to be flexible in using the right skills at the right time.
In this workshop, participants have the opportunity to understand and develop an awareness of their preferred styles and apply the art of collaboration in interactive group activities.

Methodology
All programs are highly interactive that engages participants in a guided discovery process. Using a balance of self assessments, group activities, facilitator-led sessions, case studies, videos, role plays and technique application in a business context, participants learn by doing.
