The Power Motivator
“The Power Motivator” is designed to energize managers to build teams where work is inspiring, rewarding and challenging. This workshop deals with the very heart of people’s desire to want to give their best all three different levels – self, team and business.
At a self level, people may get stuck on a plateau where they feel stagnated in life, professionally and personally. Getting “unstuck” is only possible if we recognize we are stuck in the first place. Using self questionnaires and experiential-based activities, participants get the opportunity to reveal their career and personal motivation drivers, review their strengths, revamp strategies and recharge these drivers to get back on track.
At a team level, participants take on a manager’s role to explore the numerous ways to motivate the team, starting with understanding motivation drivers in a team environment. Learn how to positively manage team dynamics using motivation as a tool.

At a business level, participants learn simple yet powerful techniques to re-energize projects and day-to-day operations. Empowerment is the key. Go beyond your team and learn how to become the organization’s power motivator!

Methodology
All programs are highly interactive that engages participants in a guided discovery process. Using a balance of self assessments, group activities, facilitator-led sessions, case studies, videos, role plays and technique application in a business context, participants learn by doing.
